Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering for an account or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You represent that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited, and that you are not subject to any sanctions list.

3. Account registration and security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, transaction PIN, and two factor authentication, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@silverline.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Identity verification

To comply with applicable know your customer (KYC) and anti money laundering (AML) laws, we may require you to verify your identity and provide supporting documents before you can fund your account, trade, or withdraw. We may refuse, suspend, or limit your access if verification is incomplete or if we are required to do so by law.

5. The Services

Silverline enables you to hold supported cryptocurrencies and earn yield, trade supported United States equities, and invest in fixed return plans. The availability of specific assets, plans, rates, and features may change at our discretion and may vary by jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and making your own investment decisions. We do not act as your broker, adviser, or fiduciary unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Deposits, withdrawals, and fees

You may fund your account by the methods we make available, such as bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to review, verification, and processing times, and may be subject to limits. Any fees applicable to the Services will be disclosed to you before they are charged.

We may delay, decline, or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or where required to meet a legal or regulatory obligation.

7. Investment risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your capital. Plan rates, durations, and yields are terms set by Silverline and are not a guarantee of profit. You should read our Risk Disclosure carefully before investing.

8. No investment advice

The Services and any content we provide are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

9. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; to engage in market manipulation or money laundering; to interfere with or disrupt the Services; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account; or to use the Services in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Silverline and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the platform. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling any outstanding obligations.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverline and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silverline and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date or by contacting you. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Silverline is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
